This group coaching program is designed for students enrolled in a certification program or self-studying candidates preparing for the CIC, CCS, CDIP, or CCDS exam who need structured support, guidance, and clarification along the way.
This coaching is not intended for professionals already working in the field who are seeking answers for specific live cases they are currently coding or reviewing.

By enrolling in the Clinical Coder Coaching, LLC Group Coaching Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

2. No Live Case Review
All questions, discussions, and examples must pertain to exam preparation or hypothetical scenarios. This program is not intended for reviewing active, real-time, or identifiable patient cases.
3. Certification Disclaimer
Participation in this program does not guarantee successful completion of the CIC, CCS, CDIP, or CCDS exams or any other certification. Outcomes depend on individual study and preparation.

5. Enrollment, Cancellation, and Email Support
- Enrollment is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
- Email support is limited to certification-related questions only. Questions must be emailed ahead of scheduled calls, and responses will be provided within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and policies. Failure to adhere may result in removal from the program without refund.
